Box Alarm 3803 was sounded for a reported house fire in the 6300 Block of K St. E838, E808, E817, E833, Tk805, Tk822, Tk855 & Battalion Chief 801 were dispatched on the assignment. After laying out (Cedar Heights Dr/K St) E838 arrived in front of the 2story wood framed single family, to find heavy fire showing from the 1st and 2nd. floors.  Once entry was gained, the crew advanced a 200ft 1¾ line, to the 1st floor and encountered heavy fire throughout. E808's crew found identical conditions as they advanced their line to knock down the 2nd floor. The remaining units worked in unison to bring the fire under control. Units operated for about 2 hours before returning to service. Battalion Chief 801 (Darren Ware) had command.
